4. What reward will I receive after a successful referral?

5. When will I receive my referral reward?
Your reward will be automatically credited to your Green Wellness member account after your referee completes their first successful purchase.
6. Who is eligible for the Referral Program?
The program is open to registered Green Wellness members. The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously registered or purchased from Green Wellness.
7. Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Invite as many friends and family members as you like. You can earn referral rewards for each eligible referral, subject to the Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
8. What happens if the referral order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded, returned, unpaid, or invalid orders will not qualify as successful referrals, and rewards will not be issued.
9. Why haven't I received my referral reward?
Please ensure that:
- Your friend registered using your referral link.
- Your friend is a new Green Wellness customer.
- Their first order has been completed successfully.
- The order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.
10. Do referral rewards expire?
The validity period depends on the type of reward:
- Referrer Reward : Your referral points (1,800 Loyalty Points) do not expire and will remain available in your Green Wellness member account.
- Referee Reward: Your RM18 welcome coupon is valid for 30 days from the date you successfully register as a Green Wellness member. Any unused discount will expire automatically after the validity period.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Green Wellness Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- The Referral Program is open to all registered Green Wellness members.
- The referred customer (“Referee”) must be a new Green Wellness customer who has not previously registered or purchased from GreenWellness.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.
2. Referral Process
- Referrers can participate by sharing their unique referral link with friends and family.
- The Referee must register as a new Green Wellness member through the shared referral link for the referral to be tracked successfully.
- A referral will only be considered successful after the Referee’s first purchase has been completed and is not cancelled, refunded, or unpaid.
3. Referral Rewards
- The Referee will receive a RM18 coupon applicable to their first purchase after successfully registering through the referral link.
- The Referrer will receive 1,800 loyalty points for each successful referral.
- Referral rewards will be automatically credited after all eligibility requirements have been fulfilled.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Green Wellness reserves the right to verify and validate all referrals before issuing rewards.
4. Reward Eligibility
- Referral rewards are only issued for successful referrals.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, unpaid, or deemed invalid will not qualify for referral rewards.
- If a rewarded order is later cancelled or refunded, Green Wellness reserves the right to deduct or reverse the issued rewards.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Members must not:
- Refer themselves using multiple accounts.
- Create fake accounts to obtain referral rewards.
- Use misleading or unauthorised methods to promote referral links.
2. Green Wellness reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any referral rewards obtained through fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activities.
6. Program Changes & Termination
- Green Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
- Green Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all referral-related matters.
7. Acceptance of Terms
