Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days upon payment confirmation. 

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, dispatch scheduling, courier arrangements, traffic conditions, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.  

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

Orders below RM30: RM10 delivery fee

Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight of the order, whichever is higher.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country. 

  Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations. Green Wellness reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be legally or practically fulfilled. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.  

Green Wellness reserves the right to select the most suitable courier service based on the delivery address and order requirements.  

Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Green Wellness is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. 

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery, returned parcels, or changes to the delivery address after the order has been processed. 

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfilment requirements. 

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. 

Green Wellness reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or other operational reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

Green Wellness shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or system failures.
