Welcome to Green Wellness (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Green Wellness", "we", "our", or "us") These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.1 All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. 

3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

3.3 Payment must be successfully received and verified before an order is processed and shipped. 

3.4 In the event of pricing errors, system errors, or inaccurate product information, Green Wellness reserves the right to cancel affected orders and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been received. 

 

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation 

4.1 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Green Wellness. 

4.2 An order is deemed accepted only after payment verification and confirmation by Green Wellness. 

4.3 Green Wellness reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: 

  • Stock unavailability; 

  • Pricing or system errors; 

  • Suspected fraudulent activity; 

  • Payment verification issues; or 

  • Any other operational or legal concerns. 

4.4 Where payment has already been made for a cancelled order, Green Wellness will process a refund in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy. 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery 

5.1 Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. 

5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

5.3 Green Wellness shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

5.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

 

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds 

6.1 Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. 

6.2 Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within the timeframe specified in the applicable policy

 

7. First Purchase Satisfaction Guarantee 

7.1 Eligible first-time customers may qualify for the First Purchase Satisfaction Guarantee as described in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. 

7.2 Green Wellness reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the guarantee. 

 

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

8.2 Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.

11.2 Green Wellness' total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
